I was sexually assaulted as a child, repeatedly. It has affected who I am today. I have struggled within 15 years of marriage to open up, insecurities, and lack of intimacy; thus resulting in losing my husband. I have been an over protective mom and almost lost my relationship with my daughter out of fear something similar would happen to her. I confronted my predator in May after encouragement by my therapist. I say no more because we need to take a stand to prevent others from facing the same type of debilitation that we, as victims', have gone through and still face. Stephanie
