I will not go into detail ( I do not want to trigger anyone ) But Since I was a 2 year old until now, I am a survivor of ; Physical, Sexual Abuse and Sexual Assault.
I say No More ... Because Everyone has the right to say No !!!
I say No More ... Because No one should go through what I have been Through .
I say No More ... Because it is time to make a change, it is time to find that voice inside and use it .
Most nights I can't sleep due to nightmares ( P.T.S.D) I will never forget those who have hurt me .
But I also know that the past is the past , everyday is a new day !!!!
I also know that the road to recovery is not easy , all we can do is
help each other, and stay strong !!
