As a survivor of both Domestic Violence and Sexual Assault i speak out to let others know your not alone! Dont be ashamed! Its not your fault! I have had a long journey of sexual violence beginning when i was a young girl and i now use the pain i carried to help ease the pain of someone else. I honestly feel that i went through all that i did just so i can relate and understand others and try to help them through. There is light out side of the darkness and every survivor who comes forward helps to shine more light. Lets put a end to the silence! And make a change! Elizabeth
