I say no more because us. girls have the right for justice and to be able to speak out and change. My ex attempted a kidnaped and murder on me and beat me up crucially. I was left with a broken souls and body. And left with answers. I doubted myself. Blamed myself for his actions. After I sought for help and realized I didn’t deserve what I went through and no girl should go through what I went through. I ask you girls to say no more and know your worth. Don’t let a man tell you who you are and what you can and can’t do. There are no limitations on your capabilities. Don’t blame yourself. Get help right away. Since I went through what I went through i found my worth. Like Selena’s song I needed to lose you in order to love me. I found my worth.
