Show your support for NO MORE domestic violence and sexual assault
I say NO MORE because...I was the girl that did not feel she fit in, so I made friends with whomever was accepting of me and some of those choices resulted in sexual assault. When I was 15 years old I was assaulted in the Hawkins parking lot in a locked vehicle of one of my peers whom demanded I service him or he wouldn't let me go home. He pretended to be dating me. Later his actual girlfriend as well as his friends shamed me before classes about the terrible event that occurred, calling me some rude things and making fun of it while laughing. I never told anyone and those who knew treated me horribly afterward.
When I was 16 years old I made friends with a girl who was also friends with an older guy. I was drugged. They raped me. It has been part of my trauma healing to finally shed light on these events in my life that have caused so much pain and frustration. Hilary
