I was abused for over 10 years by a narcissist. I say no more because I know what it is like to walk in the shoes of the abused. It is hard to feel like you have a voice while you are a victim. But, know that you do have a voice and that regardless of how worthless your abuser is making you feel, you have to stand up. The more empowered everyone gets against this type of abuse, the weaker abusers will feel. I am here to say that I am living proof of that! I fought hard for the safety of my children and myself. It was not an easy fight, but it was a fight that was worth it. Those of you who have children, know that it is your divine right to protect you and your children.
