The Information We Collect

The information we collect, and store depends on which pages you visit and what you do while you are there. For example, on some pages, you may request and/or register to receive information or materials. As such, the types of personal information collected on our pages may include (but are not limited to) the following:

● Name;

● Organization;

● Email address;

● Preferred contact number,

● Written materials (e.g., email text).

Your details won’t be added to any mailing lists, unless you ‘opt in’ for the services as described. For example, if you ‘opt in’ to receive NO MORE’s newsletters, we will retain your email address to send these newsletters, event news, updates and messages. You can "opt out" of receiving these emails at any time via the unsubscribe link in the footer of each of our email messages.

Our web servers automatically collect non-personal information such as the domain name of the Internet access provider, the Internet protocol address used to connect the computer to the Internet, the average time spent on our website, pages viewed, information searched for, access times and other relevant statistics.

Why We Need to Collect Information

We analyze the information from our websites to gain insights into how users interact with our pages. This helps us to identify which features and content are most valuable and impactful. In this process, this could include:

● the number of visitors;

● whether visitors are new or returning;

● how visitors navigate and use our website; and

● the specific content, resources, and features they engage with.

This information helps us to identify areas of development.

Generally, we use the information you provide about yourself to complete your requests for information. We do not share your information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to complete your request, or as specified by you.

We use return email addresses to answer the email we receive and/or provide you with updates on NO MORE and our many partners. Such addresses are not used for any other purpose and are not shared with outside parties unless otherwise specified by the user.

If you share your story on the NO MORE Silence - Speak your Truth platform, please read the Online Privacy Policy posted. At each stage, you will be prompted to ‘opt in’ and agree to sharing details. None of these details will be provided to external parties at any time.

Finally, we never use or share the personally identifiable information provided to us online in ways unrelated to those described above without also providing you an opportunity to opt-out or otherwise prohibit such unrelated uses.
