On May 13, 2016 S.A.F.E. Place will host our 11th Annual Safe at Home Celebrity Server Dinner and Silent Auction Fundraiser. Please consider becoming an event sponsor, an auction item donor and/or a celebrity server.
Safe at home is a simple phrase that many of us take for granted, yet at S.A.F.E. Place we serve over 1,800 survivors of domestic violence each year. For them, home is anything but safe. Similar to the ruby slippers that helped Dorothy maneuver dangerous territory and circumvent characters that would do her harm in The Wizard of Oz classic movie, S.A.F.E. Place assists victims to escape the abuse inflicted by their batterers and to attain a violence-free life.
