By and large, we use the information you provide about yourself to complete your requests for information. However, we may also use it within the context of photos or blogs/comments you send with the intent that they be posted to the sit, or to otherwise better serve visitors to our website. We do not share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to complete your request.

We use return email addresses to answer the email we receive and/or provide you with updates on NO MORE and our many partners. Such addresses are not used for any other purpose and are not shared with outside parties unless otherwise specified by the user.

Finally, we never use or share the personally identifiable information provided to us online in ways unrelated to the ones described above without also providing you an opportunity to opt-out or otherwise prohibit such unrelated uses.

NO MORE may use cookies to enhance your experience while using our site. Our site contains links to other websites. Please note that when you click on one of these links, you are entering another website for which NO MORE has no responsibility. We encourage you to read the privacy statements on all such sites as their policies may differ from ours.

Donations

When you make a donation to one of the many NO MORE partners by clicking the ‘Donate Here’ link on our homepage, the organizations must share some of your personally identifiable information with third parties in order to process the transaction, in particular PayPal. Per its policies, PayPal is not allowed to use personally identifiable information except for the purpose of providing these services. We do not share any of your personally identifiable information with unrelated third parties for their own marketing purposes without your consent.

Notification of Policy Changes

We reserve the right to change, modify or add to our privacy policy to protect the ethical standards provided or to meet the changing demands of digital advocacy. Notification of any changes to the NO MORE privacy policy will be posted to the NO MORE homepage (at nomore.org) so as to adequately inform digital service users of these revisions. We encourage you to please review it frequently.

To prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy and ensure the correct use of information, we have put in place appropriate physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.

How to Access or Correct Your Information

You can correct errors in your personally identifiable information or request to not participate in our data collection by sending a request to info@nomore.org. To protect your privacy and security, we will also take reasonable steps to verify your identity before granting access or making corrections.

Information obtained from minors

We do not collect private information from children under the age of 13 (minors). Minors may browse through the NO MORE website (nomore.org) but may not submit private information through the contact forms without the consent of a parent (or legal guardian). Parents who wish to allow their children to provide private information should submit their request to info@nomore.org, and a representative will take reasonable steps to verify the identity of the parent and provide direction to the parent on how to submit information.
