Set yourself APART by taking our Assault Prevention + Anti-Rape Training seminar (an AWSDA based seminar). In our seminar you’ll learn about the mindset of a predator, situational awareness, survivor mindset (boundary setting), assertiveness skills – all while leaning physical self-defense techniques.
