For 60 minutes, personal trainer and group fitness expert, Janel Halteh, will teach you about correct form and body awareness through weighted and body weight exercise movements—all while having a fun and invigorating exercise experience!
Our mission for this event is to empower all attendees through their workout. This event will be donation-based, and all proceeds will go to NO MORE. Whether you can contribute $5 or $50, any amount will make a difference.
All fitness levels are welcome, all you need to bring is a towel, bottle of water, and your positively radiant self!
Walk-ins are welcome, but if spots get filled then priority will be given to those who RSVP in advance!
