Film Screening: The Mask You Live In

- The Mask You Live In is a documentary that examines how gender stereotypes are interconnected with race, class, circumstances, and how kids are further influenced by the education system, sports culture, and mass media, creating a maze of identity issues boys and young men must navigate to become “real” men.

- California State University, San Marcos students are organzing Eve Ensler’s Vagina Monologues. The Vagina Monologues are a compliation of women’s stories that are performed. These performances are meant to generate a social movement to bring awareness of the differnt forms of violence women face. Tickets are $5 for students and $10 for faculty/staff/community members.
