Please join us to help raise money for the organizations behind NOMORE.org, increase education about sexual assault and domestic violence, and learn some practical and empowering self-defense skills.

2:00-3:00pm Prevention and Awareness Lecture: Learn how to help prevent abuse, red flag warning signs, strategies to stay safe, and how to help stop this epidemic once and for all. -Suggested donation: $20

3:00-5:00pm Adult Self-Defense Training Class: This all-level training class will cover basic, practical, and effective self-defense techniques for everyone. No experience needed, all ages (16+), all fitness levels and abilities. Have fun and build confidence! Class taught by celebrity self-defense experts Jarrett Arthur (Ellen, Good Morning America, Access Hollywood, Fitness, Shape, The NY Times, Forbes.com, Livestrong) and Marcus Kowal (KTLA News, MTV’s Fantasy Factory, Dr. 90210, Tyra Banks Show, Celebrity Fit). – Suggested donation: $40
