Please allow me to introduce myself: My name is LadyKathryn Williams-Julien and I am a Domestic Violence survivor and advocate.  I will be doing a tabling event to obtain signatures on letters of support for the Domestic Violence Survivors Justice Act bill S. 2036.  This bill was originally brought to legislation in 2011 by Senator Ruth Hassell-Thompson and Assemblyman Jeffrion L. Aubry since then it has been revised and re-language. It was passed in the Assembly on May 3, 2016, however now with a new co-sponsored Senator Roxanne E. Persaud we need to bring awareness to this vital piece of legislation and make it into law through outreach advocacy.  It will be my pleasure with your help and support to create of community awareness initiative.
