Join the community of Harlem Yoga Studio as we take a stand and say NOMORE to violence in our neighborhood.
In this hour long Yoga Barre’ class students will be invited to focus on connecting their mind and body powered by the strength of their breathe. After class attendees will enjoy light snacks and a community discussion.
*Open to ALL – Options will be provided based on strength and flexibility.
