My daughters were sexually abused, my youngest twice (age 3 and 8) I reported it both times and superior, Wisconsin in Douglas county child protection, the da at the times and investigators wouldn't do anything about it. I was told ... "He touched her through her clothing, I have bigger priorities on my desk.." We live with this everyday of our life's and it effects how we treat even each other day to day because we got absolutely no justice. So in turn we sometimes take our aggression out on each other. My guilt and shame haunts me every day because the second perpetrator was a "boyfriend" of mine living with us, that feeling I got when she told me will never ever leave my body or my mind, the first time it was her grand father on her dads side.
