I have had to deal with verbal, emotional, physical and worse of all sexual abuse from multiple people, with one being at minimum 3 times a week for 3 1/2 yrs., which my Mother NEVER "got" what I was telling her as an 11.5 yr old to 15 yr old! According to her I was "a hard to handle child"! If I had of chosen to be a parent, I would have ENVELOPED a child like me! My ONLY problem was his threats worked, and kept me silent long enough! Problem was he wasn't the ONLY one to abuse me, with my family making excuses for the other person's behavior, when I brought it to light! Debi
