there was 4 of us, sitting in someones backyard drinking and having a good time, i was having fun. eventually we all got tired and went inside to go to bed. i was sharing a bed with one of the boys otherwise it would have been the floor. we kissed and touched, i was okay with that. i gave him oral and thats when things started not feeling okay. while it was happening he asked me if he could record it, i told him no, absolutely not. a little while later he spoke again but this time telling me he was turning his flashlight on his phone on to see better, little did i know he was filming me. we went to sleep and a few hours later i woke up and he asked if he could finger me, i remember telling him all i wanted to do was to go to sleep but he didnt listen, he did it anyway. i didnt find out about the video until i was at work and one of my friends called me asking me if i knew the video was getting sent around, i didnt.
ive never spoke up because i didn't know if it was sexual assault. fyn
