2 years ago, I lost my grandmother and my mother. 2 months after, my Meemaw and her son began to control and abuse me. Meemaw called me the b word and her son called me worse names. Sometimes they would get physical with me. At the time, I thought it was normal because I was 17 years old and barely lost 2 people I loved. When I turned 18, I realized what they were doing to me was wrong. At age 19, I finally called the police. I was taken out of the house and placed in a group home until my placement at a women's safe house. I am still recovering from an unsafe and controlled life. I say NO MORE because this is part of my story. Kaitlyn
