I Say NO MORE because...I am a survivor of domestic violence and cancer survivor who created the Fight Like A Girl program to change the statistics of violence in our world and teach women and kids personal violence prevention.
I decided that once I had gotten away from my abuser I was not going to let anyone ever
put their hands on me again like that. So I snuck away and started learning karate, got away from him and the rest is history. From abused young wife to 7 time world karate champion, 2 world karate union hall of fame awards and 5 USA hall of fame awards it has been a long road and it has been and is worth every bump in the road I have faced to make this program come to light. Helping others, has been my salvation and if you are reading this and you don't know how to get through the day. I want you to know that if I can do this so can you and I am here to help. Now I am a 6th Degree Blackbelt and have been teaching self defense and karate for 35 years! I was saying no more before anyone else was and I will continue to say it until I die.
Fight Like A Girl is an nineteen-year proven program of unique techniques and skills developed by teaching women and girls to think smarter and get away from an attacker, abductor or abuser it helps to heal the suffering that I went through by helping others.
Fight Like A Girl is fun, always active and creates a vibrant community of people who can make a difference through personal violence prevention.
