Show your support for NO MORE domestic violence and sexual assault
I say NO MORE because I was attacked by who I thought was a friend. I was so scared to ever be touched by a man let alone a man in uniform. Until after 4 years of my attack I met a man who was also a soldier and he helped conquer my fears. I can now look at my amazing soldier with pride and not fear! Going through rape is NOT a laughing joke nor a thing ANYONE should go through. But what doesn't kill you WILL only make you stronger! And I live by that now. I used to cut to handle what happened to me cause they man was never caught even though I went to the cops. But i got for over 2 years. And i am now clean of cutting for 1 year. It will be hard to get over but you can do it! But it is something that will never be forgotten! Shawna
