I was sexually assaulted twice by strangers because Rapekit not tested after 14 years, rapists are aloud to do what they want. NO MORE! I got help and now because of Joyful Heart Foundation and writing to my congressman making a stand, there are now grants issued to help clear the backlog. My state is now testing my kit. It could be another year beacause backlog goes back to 1986 so I was told. I will not give up this fight to have Justice..NO MORE!!! Sue
